TAILOR first selects relevant experience, then enhances it with JD-specific language, and code checks dates, employers and years against your documents and removes job keywords they don't support.

Teal's help center estimates 15 to 20 minutes per application for your first few, then 5 to 10 minutes once you are in a rhythm. TAILOR generates each tailored resume in about a minute, so your time goes to reviewing rather than rewriting.
